so happy to see Aukey put out such a great product and here are a few of the features I really liked and found very useful, Im the owner of multiple Quickcharge 2.0 devices and love charging fast but most powerbanks don’t have 2.0 quickcharge capabilities but this unit not only has that option but also allows the powerbank to be charged via quickcharge and if you don’t have or need quickcharge this unit still has AiPower which automatically detect connected devices and supply the right amount of charging current needed. You get the fastest charging with every device. (2.4A ) Unit is made of ABS plastic housing that is flat black(no fingerprints) and multiple built-in protections fully guard your devices against current surge, over-charging and over-heating. Only option I would like to see made available is the option to charge and discharge at the same time but that’s not a deal breaker to me just option I would like to see. There are 2 charging ports, Output 1 (DC 5v/2.4a), Output 2 (DC 5v/2.4A 9v/1.67A 12v 1.25A) and having 16,000 mAh was a huge plus having that much charging capabilities I carry in my backpack. A LED indicator light shows the remaining charge is colors and ranges are White = 70-100% Green = 30-70% and Red = 0-30% so very simple to see how much power is remaining in unit and there is even a LED flashlight built-in that powers on with a long press of the power button, an added feature I find myself using often.

i wanted to introduce myself to all of you and add a little about my background in the Android/tech world, my name is Darren Wilson and i am from Pittsburgh pa and i am 49 years old. I have been in the phone game as far back as the windows mobile days when a HTC touch pro was a powerhouse of a phone and development was a far cry to what it is these days but that’s the past and now im 100% android and love it but i do dabble in IOS/MAC but prefer windows machines. i absolutely love doing reviews and spreading the word about products i believe in and test. im a reviewer for about 50 companies such as RavPower/inateck/aukey and anker to name a few and hoping to grow that list. Being from Pittsburgh im a steelers and penguins fan for life so dont hate me for that please. lol I have been a longtime member of xda and many other sites but my “goto” site has been xda for years When im not working on my device my daily job is also a passion of mine and that’s operating heavy equipment. i hope to improve my android development skills as i feel there is no end in sight for how far development can go and hope i covered any questions you may have but feel free to hit me up here or on twitter @darrenwlsn or on facebook
